1. Service description

Qué hay? is a lead management platform that helps businesses capture, organize, and follow up with potential customers. The platform includes features such as lead capture forms, appointment scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication tools.

2. Subscription & billing

Access to Qué hay? requires a paid subscription:

• Monthly subscription: $29/month
• Billing is processed securely through Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled

3. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you can continue using the service until your paid period ends. The one-time carrier setup fee is credited back to your account after 2 months of continuous service; fees from resubmitting a rejected registration are not credited.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Qué hay?. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. If you cancel your account, you may request an export of your data before deletion.
