Why I built Qué hay?

I came to Miami from a country where starting your own business wasn't really an option. What I found here was different: a culture where building your own thing is seen as a real path, and where many people work hard to build something of their own.

But I also noticed a pattern. Many of those same people (plumbers, cleaners, contractors) were held back by the language barrier. Tools only in English, support only in English, everything in English. One more obstacle between them and the business they were trying to build.

Do I get my own business phone number?

Yes. Every account comes with a dedicated phone number for calls and texts. Your customers reach you on one number, and every call and message shows up in your inbox automatically.

What happens when I miss a call?

Our AI assistant answers calls you can't get to. It greets the caller in English or Spanish, captures their name and what they need, and sends you a summary so you can follow up, no more lost jobs because you were busy.

Can I text my customers back and forth?

Yes. Two-way texting lets you message leads and customers right from your inbox, and they reply by regular SMS. Incoming texts work right away; sending texts turns on once your one-time carrier registration is approved.

Why do I need to register before sending texts, and is there a fee?

U.S. phone carriers require every business to register before sending texts: it keeps your messages from being flagged as spam. We guide you through it during setup. There's a one-time $21 carrier fee. Once you're approved and have completed two paid months, we refund it to your card. Approval usually takes a few business days.

Does it work in both English and Spanish?

Yes. Qué hay works fully in English and Spanish and translates between you and your customer automatically: you each read messages in your own language. Our AI assistant speaks both, too.

Can I add the lead form to my website?

Yes. Drop your lead form onto any website with a simple code snippet, or share it as a link or QR code. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and most website builders.

Can I send invoices and get paid?

Absolutely. No contracts, no penalties: cancel whenever you want. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.

Yes. Qué hay works alongside your existing tools. If you already use another CRM, we complement it, and you can export your data whenever you need to.

Is my data safe, and can I export it?

Your data is encrypted and backed up, and we never sell or share it. You own your information and can export all your leads as a CSV file anytime.
